1. approx.
250 ml milk
2. a cup of cocoa powder (but I’d suggest carob powder as substitute as carob has a much lower level of caffeine)
3. some amount of lectin
4. suitable amount of black sugar
5. heat ingredient 1, then add in 2,3,4 & stir well
6.
smash 200g of soda biscuits & 200g of Marie biscuit, add in
ingredient 5 & keep stirring until it solidifies. When the mixture
cools, put in the fringe for 2 hrs to serve.
