香港永續農業關注協會 Hong Kong Sustainable Agriculture Asso.
南涌濕地，新界北區一處沒有工業污染的鄉郊，
是香港一個很重要的季候鳥過冬地點。香港永續農業關注協會，是為了南涌可持續發展而成立，民間自發組織，希望在這片土地上示範第一個永續農業跟生態共存的計劃。是一個以研究、發展合適精耕細作技術和實踐香港農業生的組織。朝可持續發展方向進發，使農業在有限的資源下發揮一定的社會角色；讓農業活動與生態保育結合，展示人類與生態的和諧共處之道。
Hong Kong Sustainable Agriculture Association
Nam Chung wetland, is a rural area in northern new territories without any industrial pollution. It is a very important area for migrating birds during winter. Founded by a network of concerned individuals, it is demonstrating on this land, the first sustainable agricultural project in harmony with all the surrounding living beings.
HKSAA is set up for the sustainable development of Nam Chung. It is a group, based on research, develope and practice of sustainable agriculture. Aiming in the direction of whole sustainable development, to show agriculture even at its limited resources, could perform its social role, and let agriculture combine with conservation, so to demonstrate the art of living in harmony between human and nature.

香港新界蔬菜產銷合作社聯合總社
菜聯社是一個由農民組織而成的機制單位，屬下二十六個蔬菜產銷合作社；1953年，合作社依照1947年合作社則例及施行細則，在合作事業管理處正式登記。農民透過蔬菜產銷合作社，將新鮮蔬菜運到批發市場批銷，合作社在扣除佣金作為日常營運開支。
在這個批銷系統中，農民與蔬菜產銷合作社產生一種互相信任，菜農有信心將蔬菜交由合作社運銷，而合作社亦信任菜農交來高質的產品，在彼此互信的情形下，雙方均能各展所長，鞏固農村經濟，加強蔬菜流通，正因如此，蔬菜合作社能在過去五十多年的發展中，在提高生產，改善農村生活條件，是一個重要的環節。
